Other Information:Lillian Jane Vaters | Visit Guest Book VATERS, Lillian Jane (nee Hodder) - June 22, 1928 - March 7, 2011 Passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord at Shepherd Lodge after a lengthy illness. Lillian loved working in a nursing home as a nursing assistant for many years. She was known for her kindness to the residents and her happy spirit. Lillian is predeceased by her husband Eugene. Left to mourn are her cousin Hilda Butler, sisters-in- law Dorothy King, Hope Faulker (Seth), Yvonne Vaters and brothers- in-law Ray Vaters (Audrey), Elmer Vaters (Beulah) and Albert Vaters (Anita). Lillian was loved by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-niece and nephew and many friends. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Ogden Funeral Home with visitation at The Church in the Village, Shepherd Village, 3760 Sheppard Ave. E., Agincourt, on Saturday, March 19th from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. with funeral service to follow. A reception is planned after the service in the community hall. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery. Many thanks to all the staff at Shepherd Lodge for their many acts of kindness and tender loving care towards Lillian for ten and a half years.
