Facilities
Chapel
Our interdenominational Chapel:
- Can seat 200 individuals
- Used for various religious and non-religious ceremonies
- State-of-the-art audio/visual equipment
- Drop down screen for personal video presentations
- Sound system available for use with CD's, cassettes, iPods
- Full double keyboard organ with foot pedals for more traditional religious ceremonies or an electric piano for the contemporary style service.
- near future we will be able to provide international internet webcasting of funerals and recording onto DVD's
Visitation Rooms
Warden Room
Arranged like a living room, this room is very warm and inviting for family gatherings.
Agincourt Room
Not often used for visitation purposes, this room is more frequently available to meet with families for at-need, preplanning arrangements or our after care funeral meetings. It has a beautiful wood columbarium facility to facilitate temporarily holding family urns for one year while they determine a more permanent final place for inurnment.
Midland Room
Located opposite our main floor Chapel, it is a smaller room for families with more intimate needs. It will accommodate around 50 people and also has a wood-burning fireplace for specific family traditions.
Kennedy Room
The Kennedy room can accommodate 175 individuals with full projection capabilities and it has its own wood-burning fireplace. This room is often used as our overflow room for our Chapel as it has a drop down ceiling screen that allows for in-house broadcasting of our Chapel ceremonies or for in-room video presentations.
Huntingwood Room
Similar to the Midland room, this facility is somewhat smaller in size capable of comfortably holding about 50 people.
Sheppard Room
Can accommodate approximately 150 visitors. This room is also used as a reception area for family/friends who may wish to gather after the funeral for a catered time with various refreshments served by our hostesses. It has it's own lounge (York Lounge) and kitchen facilities attached. There is a center ceiling projection unit and a drop down wall screen for visitation DVD or power-point presentations of the deceased's life.
Donalda Room
One of three dedicated arrangement offices used as a planning area to organize your family members final tribute.
Toronto Lounge
This facility is open during our operating hours with the provisions of fresh coffees, various teas and can be used by families who may also wish to provide some light refreshments (cookies) for their friends during visiting hours.
McNicoll Room
This room have been updated with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, large screen TV for personalized video presentations. This room may be expanded to double in size for added visitation capacity that includes an in room refreshment centre.

In the process of being upgraded to allow in house recording of funeral services and future webcasting capabilities
Product Selection Room
Unique to other funeral homes, our selection room has been designed to create an atmosphere less traumatic for families making their funeral arrangements. This room provides families with a wide variety of funeral related products and services to assist you in the creation of a final tribute/ceremony appropriate to your needs as well as your late family members specific wishes. You will find something that appeals to every family member of varying cultural, religious and financial backgrounds. These products and services will provide you and yours with a final funeral tribute that contains purpose, value and meaning for all in attendance or for those who participate in some manner.
All of the rooms have the ability to be re-arranged into numerous different layouts/formations. We are very flexible and can accommodate most family wishes providing you are able to work with us to make it happen.
